4 OUR STORY FIRST PROJECT We gather experience. The PRO-INVEST designs for Panattoni, Huhtamaki and Goodman. We become more and more successful and gain new customers. We project and build for Dan Cake, Milmet S.A., Ngk, Huhtamaki, Brembo, TRW. We hire 50 experts in the scope of design and building. We develop with extreme power, executing 18 industrial buildings for our regular and new customers, i.e.: Brembo, Takeda, Panattoni, Jeronimo Martins, Teamtechnik, Modi, Silesia Plastic etc. We create the Innovation Department We work for Alpha Technology, Marco, Trefl, Itm, Rafamet, Teamtechnik, and Korona. Apart from the comfortable, modern and visually attractive halls/factories like Tru- -Flex, Met-Chem, BTH, Promar being our visiting card - we also start working on our own office block class A in the centre of Katowice. We gain power, building for Brand Springs, Schoeller Allibert, Can Pack, Herz, Magna or Dragon. We open our own manufacturing plant of steel constructions as well as a company making constructions of reinforced concrete. At present we hire more than 100 people, we turn into the PRO-INVEST S.A. (Co.) and expand our portfolio. Now it s a successful group which designs, builds, invests and creates new technologies for the building industry.

9 Comprehensive investment service: No doubt we do have many years of experience in the comprehensive building investment service. We are the designer, executor, investor and innovator, truly taking care of our projects. We are a credible and honest executor, involved in the cooperation with the customer. Years of experience have taught us to be efficient, yet always project- and customer-oriented, depending on the individual conditions because set patterns are not for us. Every project is unique and requires a deep top-down analysis. We start with the market and legal analysis, checking the development and ground possibilities. We conduct the financial analysis, take care of the building design together with the marketing plan, then we create the building itself, which is closely supervised by the Execution Department. 26 SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY 26 Social responsibility of business Every new investment needs to be implemented with a full awareness of the obligations its creators need to fulfil towards the society. No matter what we build, it s always some form of meddling with the natural environment, including the conditions which people around us live in. Our company is truly aware of this fact, which makes it strive endlessly for bringing an effective improvement in the living conditions of the neighbouring societies. Revitalization So many buildings still remind us of the centuries which went by long time ago, especially the time of industrialization. It s an incentive for us to change these old districts and provinces into beautiful and comfortable spaces adapted to the needs of our times. The office block at 13A Staromiejska Street, revitalized by the company PRO-INVEST S.A., shows the full palette of our capabilities.
