2 ASAE ForesightWorks is a new program grounded in ASAE Foundation research and dedicated to creating a culture of foresight within the association community. 3 Foresight A structured process for discerning, analyzing, and acting on potential futures Environmental scanning: Continuous, broad and deep search for patterns of change Forecasting: Your best assessment to guide decision making Analysis: Making sense of how these changes will affect your current situation and what your options might be Creating a Culture of Foresight Trends come and go. ForesightWorks is not a project but an ongoing program that builds on the ASAE Foundation s previous scanning research but promises a continuous delivery of information and resources to association professionals. 3

Educate Members Organize education experiences to delve into implications and co-create solutions and responses.
