He looks after the maintenance of the equipment and the machines.

7 ALBERTO When I started I was very young but I took immediately care of the company. I learnt that the most important tool for a company is the person. Each collaborator is formed for his own work. It s also necessary the quality check. We are certified from over 12 years. With my team I try to limit the mistake. Efficency is the basic requirment to realise our components. We would like open up to an eco-friendly vision. Our quality handbook is continuously update.

8 02 ANDREA PRODUCTION MANAGER I met Alberto in a Sport Event, some years ago, and since 2004 I m a member of his team. I take care of the production and the warehouse. I deal with the management of customer deliveries and I am in close contact with the machine operator to verify the efficiency of the process. When we have a problem, I like to collaborate with my collogues because I think that together we can have more solutions. I work with passion with my team preserving my indipendence.

10 03 DENISE QUALITY MANAGER I started working in this company in 2005 after the graduation in industrial engineering. I am the responsible of quality: it means that I have to check every day the efficiency of the informatic and mechanical system. Despite the specific nature of my role, my job is versatile and I can interact with the customers for find the right solution for them problem.

12 04 GIORGIO EQUIPMENT MANAGER I arrived in Italy 20 years ago and I started working here 10 years ago. Every day I prepare the machines for the workers. I take care of the maintenance, I clean them and I equipe them for a correct working. I learnt my job in this company, thanks to Alberto. I like my job especially because we can share information for grow up and improve.

14 05 STEFANIA ADMINISTRATION MANAGER I arrived in this company when I was 22 years old. Every day there is something new to learn. I deal with one of the most delicate aspect for a company, the administration. I am very happy to work with Alberto and his team because we can grow up together. It s a stimulating work environment.

16 06 ALESSANDRO DRAFTSMAN Officially I entered in the Giacomo Martinelli company two months ago but actually I was born here. I m very enthusiastic and I would like to learn new things. I m taking a training course of mechanical drawing and CAD, meanwhile I practice with my father and Andrea. I admire my grandfather: together we are designing a piece for a new machine. He is extraordinary. I m young, I m only 18 years old, but I feel good with my family and all the employees. I hope to continue Giacomo Martinelli s tradition, improving every day the machine performance and the quality of the service.

18 07 LUCA TECHNICIAN MANAGER After the graduation in a mechanical professional institute I started working in this sector and step by step my experience started too. My training is both technical and commercial. My role, in the Giacomo Martinelli team, is follow the process with the aim of optimizing the operations of products and provide my knowledge on all the news. The continuous updating through specialized courses in robotics, it allows me to be constantly informed on the current market and the possible future markets too. I think that today, to stand out, you must have the appropriate skills. I also think that it is important that in a company everyone has his own-well defined role. This includes an awareness of responsability and common goals to share with the team.

20 08 IACOPO SALES MANAGER I started working in the commercial sector when I was twenty years old, after the graduation in a surveyor institute. My experience is at the service of the company. I got very keen on this reality from the very beginning because it reflects Alberto s passion for this job and the enthusiasm of his team. My personal aim is enlarge the commercial border of this reality, which is already very appreciated in this sector for the quality and the innovation that is offered, the most important thing for who sells.

23 GIACOMO My mothercountry is Erto. We arrived in Sarezzo after the second World War on a trailer of firewood. I learnt the craft working in a local company as toolmaker and quality manager. Most of the companies in the area were turners. By the time I was able to become indipendent by purchasing machines and creating my company. Work can give you great satisfaction but also worries. It s a sacrifice that you may face only if you have will, enterprising spirit and brilliance. I still work in the company. When it is possible, I go for a long walks. Today my son manage the company and I totally trust on him.
