22 New professional profiles The European Comission synthetic indicator (DESI) about Spanish advanced skills and development, including ICT specialist employment, is under average: Spanish companies should improve their digital training programs, only a 22% of them are regularly trained in this area. 23 New professional profiles Companies do not find the skills and competences they demand among employment applicants because the digitization of their processes requires professionals with an specific training. There is a gap between employment demand and training programs. Specific training, focused on digital industry and new business models is required to support business digital transformation 23

Integral employment projects for youth 33 projects selected: training and job placement 82 training actions students between 16 and 29 years-old Training on the way o Digital professionals Grants: Grants for Masters and postgraduate in digital domains (3,4M ). 3 editions 252 training actions granted students 3 rd edition: Training starting now 26

CURRENT INITIATIVES o o Training for workforce on new technologies, soft skills and enterpreunership skills to support business digital transformation (15 M ) General training programes: Online learning (MOOCs) and face-to-face training workshops. Up to 15 MOOCs and training actions along 6 years Tailor-made training for entreprises MOOCs for talent development in Digital Economy: Partnership with Carlos III University (MOOC How to produce a MOOC in Open edx platform ) Partnership with Google and EOI (Actívate) o CRN for ecommerce and Digital Marketing: Partnership with Spanish Public Employment Service (SEPE), Ministry of Education, Culture & Sport (MECD) and EOI. o New Digital professionals - Youth Employment Programme 27
