A feedback loop by which the measurable outcome (observation based evidence) can be judged against the target outcome. 4. 27 Some Early Lessons learned. Failure must be part of the project and needs to be embraced as such Evidence from failure is as valuable as evidence from success Evidence is essential at binary decision junctions Always question the status quo: is change necessary or even desirable Be wary of received wisdom - fighting the status quo can be tricky. and nothing slows work down like waiting for everyone to agree Indecision - how much do you really need to know before making a decision? Purposeful technology led disruption needs to be embraced and not fought
