2 SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Definition of technical specifications and detailed Software operative requirements - Development of Software solutions - Planning and follow-up of activities during all the phases of software development and life cycle in compliance with product requirements - Drafting of technical documentation (SDD, IDD, STD, ) according to present procedures - Software development to adapt reusable software codes, integrate components, adding new features to facilitate the test, etc. - Knowledge of formal software development process, C++ development - Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and Unified Modelling Language - knowledge of Linux operating system - Familiarity with multithreading programming Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, or Electronics.

3 MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER - Proactively propose new research projects where machine learning is a key element - Apply state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to tackle novel problems, or to provide alternative solutions to existing tasks - Design innovative feature extractors - Select, tune and validate machine learning methods - Design and Prototype the proposed solutions - Manage collaborations with external suppliers (e.g., Universities, consultants) - Knowledge on Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning - Knowledge of state-of-the-art machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering and novelty detection - Knowledge of Programming Language (e.g., Matlab, Python, C++) - Experience with the most popular machine learning platforms, such as scikit-learn, Statistical and Machine Learning Matlab Toolbox, LibSvm, etc. - Strong academic background with specialization in machine learning Master Degree (PhD preferred) in Computer, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering. A strong academic background with specialization in machine learning is mandatory.

4 SYSTEM ANALYST - To follow the entire process (or a given part of it) of system analysis making proper studies regarding specific topics and designing (whenever is needed) mathematical models of the system and/or the environment according to the guidelines provided by the Focal Point - To go in deep by means of specific studies, proper analysis activities and designing of algorithms in technical aspects relevant to products (already existing and/or under development) - To support the design phase of the system: specification of signal and data processing algorithms for ESM [Electronic Support Measure], definition of ECM [Electronic Counter Measure] techniques. - Fundamentals of Statistical Communication Theory - Knowledge of Analogue and/or Digital Communications (Modulation, Coding ) - Basic knowledge of Microwave & Antenna - Theory and Techniques of Radar and Radio-Navigation Systems Master Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering

5 SIGNAL PROCESSING DEVELOPER - Definition of Technical specifications, hardware requirements and implementations for digital designs targeting FPGAs (SoC) - Planning and follow-up of activities during all the phases of Hardware and Firmware development and life cycle in compliance with programme and product requirements - Project scheduling and report writing with respect to the Company internal rules, normative procedures and deadlines - Responsible for Hardware and Firmware requirements analysis, design, test, integration and validation activities - Design methodologies based on the reuse of Intellectual Properties (IPs) - Programming and Scripting Languages: C/C++, TCL, Python, shell-scripts - Knowledge of RTL design and verification methodologies, HDL code (VHDL, Verilog), pre/post synthesis simulations, Static Timing Analysis - Knowledge of Model Based design methodologies (Matlab Simulink, System Generator, DSP Builder, HDL Coder) - Knowledge of Intel and Xilinx FPGA Architectures, design Suites (Vivado/Quartus) and state-of-theart design flows - Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing for Radar applications - Knowledge of Analogue /Digital Communications Principles (Modulation, Coding ) - Knowledge of main bus and electrical standards/protocols for digital communication (i.e. uart, high speed serdes, rs485/422, arinc, I2C, SPI, PCIe, VME, OpenVPX) - Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (Oscilloscope, Logic State Analizer/Patter Generator, Signal Generator, Power Meter, VNA) and measurement theory for the verification of stand-alone electronic boards and devices Education Master Degree (PhD preferred) in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunication specializing in Digital Design Engineering, Embedded Systems, Integrated systems architectures.

6 ANTENNA ENGINEER - Definition of technical specifications and detailed Antennas operative requirements and development of Radiating Elements solutions for Radar/communication systems - Planning and follow-up of activities during all the phases of Antenna development and life cycle in compliance with programme and product requirements - Drafting of technical documentation (TS, PR, TR, ) according to present procedures - Validation/characterization of Antennas in Anechoic Chamber/Near field Test Range. Reverse engineering capabilities and performances analysis to evaluate out of spec, redesign, and develop final solutions - Electromagnetic simulation of installed antenna pattern and EM interoperability evaluation - Knowledge of Antennas Theory, Phased Array Synthesis, Ultra-Wide Band Antenna Design techniques for Radar and Communication applications. Knowledge of Electromagnetic Propagation principles - Good knowledge of Computation Electromagnetics commercial Tools: CST (Microwave Studio), Ansys HFSS, FEKO, Ansys Designer, SAVANT - Good knowledge of far field Antenna Measurement in Anechoic Chamber and Near Field Test Range. S-parameters Measurements (Network Analyzer, Power Meter, RF Generator etc ) - Knowledge of Matlab tool for data processing and Labwiev for Measurement automatization Master Degree in Telecommunication, or Electronics, specializing in UWB Antenna Design, Computational Electromagnetics, Phased Array Design, Electromagnetic Propagation.
