6 According to the properties of end product, such as silky effect or type of molding, usage amount can be varied. The choice of the appropriate product is defined by process conditions, substrate property to be coated, requested regulatory and safety limitations and final performance needs. The objective is to apply a uniform thin layer of liquid silicone onto the carrier substrate. These silicone emulsions can be dried in room temperature condition or with heat treatment according to the production line.
