3 Ownership Update APA Orbost Gas Plant Pty Ltd (APA) purchased the plant and the export pipeline from Cooper Energy (CoE) in November 2017 APA will own and operate the gas processing plant and the export pipeline to the meter station on Princes Highway (Eastern Gas Pipeline connection) CoE will extract the raw gas from the Sole Gas fields and supply the gas to the Orbost Gas Plant via the offshore feed pipeline APA have acquired the nearest private residence at 117 Ewings Marsh Road. Nearest residence now is 27 Ewings Marsh Road, approx. 1.5 kms north east of the plant. 9/14/2018 3

5 Bass Strait Gas Fields Sole offshore development comprises: 2 subsea wells (Sole-3 and Sole-4) in close proximity 65km Subsea pipeline and umbilical ties back to the APA owned and operated Orbost Gas Plant Sole offshore facilities are 100% owned by CoE 9/14/2018 5

6 Sole HDD Installation Successful horizontal directionally drilled (HDD) campaign complete (April 2017 Feb 2018) Approx. 500 m pipe tail on seabed 9/14/2018 6

20 Working with the community during construction & commissioning APA Construction Managers and Environmental Compliance Officer will be on site for the construction period APA Health, Safety and Environment Representatives are located on site for the duration of the construction period, and in addition a team of Site Operators in the commissioning / operational stages The Downer Group mobilised to site after Easter 2018 with HSE personnel at site and are responsible for compliance with all approvals and permits, in addition to APA company CEMP and management plans Environmental baseline studies completed and monitoring is ongoing during for the construction & commissioning period air emissions, noise, surface and ground water, and lighting 9/14/

21 Working with the community ongoing activities APA to continue with Community Advisory Committee (CAC) and Community Information Sessions throughout stages of the project. Periodic project updates to be notified through the Snowy River Mail and Council s website, and ABC Gippsland APA to continue sponsorship of local community and sporting groups APA established an address for local Expressions of Interest for suppliers, contractors and employment OGPULocalEoI@apa.com.au approx. 80 submissions to date APA established a project information page on the APA website - 9/14/
