7 Key Learning- Enable policy environment Promote GESI as a framework for ensuring Energy Access for All initiatives Build strategies to strengthen economic empowerment of women and disadvantaged groups Design focused interventions to engage women in the sector (targeted awareness raising and engagement) Build knowledge and enhance capacities of energy and gender practitioners, to integrate GESI considerations in smart grid technologies and systems Promote women s engagement/employment in technical and skilled jobs through gender sensitization and behavioral change programs Enhance women s visibility at the institutional level in employment Build partnerships for GESI-inclusive energy solutions, facilitating dialogues between government and CSOs Knowledge Sharing-Disseminate good practices/gesi results/lateral learning initiatives
